Atalian Global Services Indonesia and Inecosolar: Driving Sustainability Forward

In today’s rapidly changing business landscape, embracing sustainability is no longer just a choice, but an imperative. Atalian Global Services Indonesia, a leading provider of facility management services, understands this well. Currently undergoing a brand transition to become OCS Group Indonesia, Atalian has taken a momentous step towards sustainable business practices, signing a sustainability commitment.

This pivotal moment took place during the ‘Sustainability Commitment Launch’ on May 17, 2023 in Jakarta, in alignment with the global celebrations of World FM Day. It signals Atalian’s earnest commitment to playing an active role in the sustainable transformation of the business landscape.

Partnering for a Sustainable Future

OCS Group Indonesia didn’t embark on this journey alone. Several key partners joined hands with them on this commitment, including Inecosolar, a leading solar energy solutions provider. Together, they form a powerhouse team working tirelessly towards a common goal: environmental sustainability.

Leading this commitment is Jeffry Johary, Chief Executive Officer of OCS Group Indonesia. Johary has set clear priorities for the company, focusing on four main ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) targets: carbon footprint reduction, health and safety culture, development of young and productive communities, and good corporate governance.
“We have identified a number of steps towards our sustainable objectives, and with our partners, including Inecosolar, we aim to fully achieve these targets by 2040,” Johary explained.

Embracing Global Growth with a Commitment to Sustainability

In the wake of the acquisition of OCS Group by Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Atalian ratified the sale of several of its operations across the UK, Ireland, and Asia. This transition is set to place the company among the world’s largest international facility services and facility management providers.

Within the next year, the united business will operate under the OCS brand. This unification presents a new chapter for both companies, drawing from a legacy spanning over 150 years. With 130,000 employees worldwide and operations in 26 countries, this new entity is poised to drive sustainable change on a global scale.
